The Process - Set The Stage
Once you’ve determined your listing price, it’s time to make your home a star. One of our specialties is the presentation of your home, as our specialized “showtime” approach to your property will dazzle prospective buyers. Our concierge service of your listing includes a professional eye towards presentation, high-definition photography, optional virtual tours and video, personal hosting of open houses, and constant monitoring and updating of your listing on the multiple listing service, and exceptional promotion of your home on real estate websites and social media.
Additionally, our extensive network of relationships within the real estate community will put us in direct contact with hundreds of agents representing buyers who may be looking for exactly what you’re selling. By helping prep your property for its debut, and relentlessly marketing its appeal, the Bevens Team will give your home the Hollywood treatment it deserves.
Showtime!
Your home has been through wardrobe, make-up, and rehearsal – now it’s time to perform! As your realtors, we will aggressively promote your listing to generate maximum interest in your property. Now it’s time to shine, which is when we’ll invite potential buyers to view your home in person. The first impression is the only impression, which is why we’ll be right there to highlight your home’s strengths and answer any questions they may have.
Open houses and personal showings are the greatest opportunity to sell interested parties on the special value your home offers, so take advantage of the meticulous attention we’ll give to your listing!

The Nitty Gritty
Your home is now the belle of the ball and suitors are lining up to make their offers. We’ll make sure you review and understand all offers, and negotiate on your behalf, following your lead to ensure you get the best value for your property. From there, we’ll handle the paperwork, presenting it for your review when it’s time to sign.
Closing Time / Escrow
Escrow is an independent third party designed to protect both parties during closing. Their mission is to handle earnest money, prepare the final statements, arrange the legal transfer of property, and makes sure the proceeds reach you! Escrow begins working as soon as the purchase-and-sale agreement is finalized and once papers are signed by all parties, the deed is recorded and the sale is final.

Take a Bow!
Congratulations on the sale of your home! You’ve completed the process and got paid! Now it’s time to pick out which lucky home will belong to the new you, and guess what? We can help you with that, too. Onward and upward!
