Our Approach

Our Story

Every story has a beginning, and ours can be traced to a spark we both felt when we met. What we found in each other was a remarkable desire for achievement and an obsession with empowering others. In the nearly ten years we’ve worked together, we’ve learned how to play to each other’s strengths, giving our clients the absolute best experience we can. It was only natural that we’d end up united in an industry where we can use our talents and teamwork to help others make one of the best investments of their lives.

Our Story

Meet the Team

Why? Because people want to know who they're doing business with. It's a human thing.

Paulina Antczak-Bevens

Fluent in English and Polish.

It’s a unique journey that has led me to a career in real estate, one that has shown me first-hand the unparalleled value of hard work, dedication, and exemplary service. My family and I moved from Poland to the United States in the early 1990's and rapidly set about establishing our place in America. Despite very limited English at the time, my parents quickly built a very successful flooring and remodeling business in Connecticut. Afternoons and weekends spent at various homes and construction sites made me certain, even as a little girl, that I would somehow end up in a similar industry.

When our family relocated to Whatcom County 10 years later, I immediately fell in love with the blissful serenity of the Pacific Northwest. The freshness of the air, the kindness of the people, and the beauty of the community left an indelible impression and building a life for me and my family in the area has been a major motivator ever since. While attending Western Washington University, I became the Head Administrator at a local gym and helped guide them to unprecedented success while learning the intricacies of running a business (fun fact: this is where I met Jacson, who was head of the sales department).

Equipped with a degree in Business Administration and Management from WWU and experience handling the company’s finances, human resources, sales, and client relations, I ventured into the world of entrepreneurship. In 2015, my brothers and I took over my father’s flooring company, re-branding it as Fairhaven Floors. Their remarkable talent for restoration and remodeling, combined with my business acumen, quickly helped Fairhaven Floors earn a reputation for outstanding craftsmanship and service.

Since becoming a broker, my involvement with our local Realtor's association as well as the Building Industry Association have allowed me to establish connections with members of the community who are specifically qualified to help you in a variety of ways during the buying or selling process. All of this has led me here, to offer you my unique skills, experience, and relationships as you prepare to buy or sell in northwest Washington.

Real estate, with all its joys and challenges, has been a naturally perfect fit and I wake up every day eager to see what’s possible. I am so excited to see how I can be of service to you!

A life spent building relationships and helping people find the best value for their needs has led me, quite naturally, to real estate. After all, what greater service can I provide than to advocate for folks who are making one of the most exciting and important decisions of their lives? Nothing gives me a higher sense of purpose than assisting those who are looking to improve their lives and I am beyond excited to have that opportunity with you.

I was born in, raised in, and am madly in love with northwest Washington. Despite living elsewhere on two separate occasions, this amazing area keeps bringing me back. As a proud citizen of, and small business owner in, Whatcom County I am deeply connected to this community and am highly invested in helping people find their place in this incredible part of the world. I love showing individuals and families the awesome places and experiences available here and am happy to offer recommendations to some of the best local spots and businesses around.

After graduating from Squalicum High School, I had the good fortune to play baseball and football at Pacific Lutheran University before ultimately receiving my degree from Western Washington University. Upon graduation, I moved to Waikiki but it became apparent that while I loved the island life, there’s no place with a greater quality of life for the dollar spent than Whatcom County. I moved back to my hometown eight years ago and, along with my gorgeous wife Paulina, have begun putting deep roots down in this phenomenal city.

In 2008, I began a career centered around providing the best service to members of my community that I possibly could. I took over as the Head of Sales for a local gym, where I dedicated myself to helping our clients find the best fit for their personal fitness goals. From there, helped start a local herbal supplements company, utilizing a strong focus on one-on-one consultation to identify and service our clients’ needs while building the company into a dependable resource for those in need of help.

For the last seven years, I have also been writing about the Seattle Seahawks for the popular site Field Gulls. This amazing opportunity has given me the chance to interview players like Earl Thomas, Richard Sherman, Golden Tate, and Marcus Trufant while garnering a loyal following for my weekly article “Cigar Thoughts”. The excitement and enthusiasm surrounding the Seahawks has made writing for them an incredible privilege and has served only to increase my passion for the area I’ve been fortunate enough to grow up in. My work in covering the ‘Hawks has sharpened my ability to analyze while presenting that information to folks in an entertaining, easy-to-understand way.

Most importantly, I am thrilled to be helping people in this beautiful area of the world. From Boulevard Park, Sandy Point, and Birch Bay to Lake Padden, Mt. Baker, and the Nooksack River – this region is close to my heart, allowing me to lend you the advantage of local knowledge and familiarity. Membership in the Whatcom County Association of Realtors, Building Industry Association of Whatcom County, and Whatcom Young Professionals keeps me informed on local market conditions and community developments as they happen. I am here to help you in any way I possibly can, and would love to treat you to a cup of coffee or happy hour to learn more about how I can be of service to you!
